This policy does not apply to personal information handled by our customers within their own Microsoft 365 or other environments where Entergrade acts solely as a data processor on their behalf. In those cases, the customer’s privacy policies apply.

a. Business and Contact Information

- Phone number
- Company name and role
- Communication preferences
b. Product and Service Data
When you use Entergrade products or services, we may collect or process:
- User and account information, such as usernames, display names, and other profile identifiers associated with your Microsoft 365 or connected environments
- Configuration and settings data, including service configurations and feature enablement
- Usage and operational data, including feature usage metrics, performance indicators, system logs, error reporting, and related telemetry
- Voice and communications data, including call analytics, call routing information, and related signaling data
- Presence, room, or system status data
- Emergency calling configuration and audit data (where applicable)
Entergrade products are designed to collect operational and administrative data, not message content, call audio, or end-user files unless explicitly required by the product and authorized by the customer.

- SMS messages (where you have opted in)
- Support requests and correspondence
d. Recruitment Information
If you apply for a role at Entergrade:
- Resume or CV
- Cover letters and application materials
- Professional background, skills, and experience
- Interview notes and hiring assessments

- Browser and device type
- Pages visited and interactions

3. How We Use Personal Information

Entergrade acts as a data processor for customer-controlled data and processes it only in accordance with customer instructions and contractual agreements.

We may use aggregated or anonymized data to:

- Develop new features
- Generate benchmarks and insights
This data does not identify individuals.
5. Email and SMS Communications

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
SMS
If you opt in to receive SMS messages from Entergrade:
- Messages are conversational and business-related
- Message frequency varies, but is typically 1-5 per week
- Message and data rates may apply
- You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance.
We do not share SMS opt-in data, phone numbers, or consent records with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Candidate data may be retained for future opportunities unless deletion is requested.
