# Michael LaMontagne

### Co-Founder

Michael LaMontagne is Co-Founder of Entergrade and a 14-time Microsoft MVP specializing in Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Teams Phone and Microsoft 365 Copilot.

With more than two decades of experience spanning consulting, solution architecture, product development, and enterprise communications, Michael helps organizations run Microsoft 365, Teams and Teams Phone environments elegantly at scale. He works closely with Microsoft through the MVP and Technology Adoption Programs and has contributed to Microsoft Teams certification content and technical community initiatives.

As Entergrade’s Microsoft practice leader, Michael bridges the gap between real-world customer challenges and product innovation. His experience includes complex Teams Phone migrations, voice modernization initiatives, operator integrations, AI-enabled communications solutions, and enterprise-scale Microsoft deployments across public sector, education, financial services, and commercial organizations. He is also a long-time contributor to the Microsoft community through speaking engagements, advisory work, and the O365Eh! podcast.
