  #### Do we need to replace Microsoft Teams?

  No. Entergrade works alongside Microsoft Teams, not in place of it. Our tools connect to your existing tenant and are built on Microsoft’s own admin APIs. We close operational gaps in management, reporting, routing, and emergency notification. Your users keep working in Teams exactly as they do today and your admins manage the rest without another specialized skillset or added headcount.

 

 

   #### Is this a contact center solution?

  No and we don’t aim to be. We sit between Teams Phone and a full contact center for organizations that need more that what Teams Phone offers natively but who don’t want to commit to deploying a full contact center solution.
