Entergrade has partnered with Singlewire Software, the maker of InformaCast, to enhance emergency notifications for organizations using Microsoft Teams Phone through its EmergencyConnect product.
Through this partnership, EmergencyConnect by Entergrade now integrates directly with Singlewire’s InformaCast platform to initiate multi-channel notifications immediately when an emergency call (such as 911, 999 or 112) is placed in Microsoft Teams. This allows alerts to reach internal response teams across devices and locations, providing real-time awareness when it matters most.
By extending Microsoft Teams Phone with InformaCast’s multi-channel notification capabilities, organizations can increase awareness during emergency events and better align their Teams calling environment with existing emergency notification workflows and infrastructure.
“Organizations are increasingly relying on Microsoft Teams as their primary communications platform,” said Michael LaMontagne, Entergrade Co-Founder and Microsoft MVP. “By partnering with Singlewire, we’re helping customers close an important gap: ensuring emergency events in Teams don’t go unnoticed and that response teams have the information they need, right away.”
In addition to real-time alerts, EmergencyConnect provides historical and real-time reporting through Power BI, supporting compliance and post-incident review. The solution is trusted by over 15,000 users worldwide and growing.
Singlewire’s InformaCast platform is widely used to deliver mass notifications across mobile devices, desktop systems, paging infrastructure, and digital signage - making it a natural fit for organizations looking to modernize emergency communications within Microsoft Teams.
Together, Entergrade and Singlewire are helping organizations modernize emergency communications as they move to Teams-first calling environments.
