Founded by [Paul Vaillant](https://entergrade.com/author/paul-vaillant), long-time telco technology disruptor, and [Michael LaMontagne](https://entergrade.com/author/michael-lamontagne), award-winning Microsoft MVP, Entergrade is built on a foundation of deep technical expertise and a passion for solving complex IT challenges.

Entergrade works with organizations across healthcare, government, post-secondary education, financial services, energy, and other highly regulated industries where reliable communications and operational efficiency are critical.  
  
We’re deeply invested in both the Microsoft partner ecosystem and the broader Microsoft community, regularly sharing our expertise through conference presentations, community events, the Microsoft 365 Technology Adoption Program (TAP), and industry conversations that help shape the future of Teams, Microsoft 365, and modern communications.

2013

### Microsoft MVP Recognition

Michael LaMontagne received his first Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) award, recognising his contributions to the Microsoft community. That commitment to knowledge sharing, technical excellence, and customer success continues to shape Entergrade’s culture.

 

 

2021

### First Software Product Launch

As Microsoft Teams adoption accelerated, customers needed more visibility, control, and automation than native tools could provide. Paul and Michael launched their first software solution, TeamsBoss, laying the foundation for the product suite that organizations rely on today to simplify administration and improve operational efficiency.

 

 

2023

### Entergrade Is Founded

Entergrade was founded to help organizations solve the operational challenges of managing Microsoft collaboration and communications platforms at scale. What began as consulting and advisory services would soon evolve into a growing software portfolio focused on Microsoft Teams.

 

 

2025

### SOC 2 Type II Certified

Achieving SOC 2 Type II certification marked an important milestone in our growth as an enterprise software provider.
